DLR Group Dinovation Challenge

Join the Museum at Prairiefire and the DLR Group design and engineering professionals for the Dinovation Challenge, a one-day workshop that displays active learning, collaboration, and teamwork as well as challenging students to solve problems creatively. Participants will be presented with challenges corresponding to the Museum at Prairiefire’s current traveling exhibition “The World’s Largest Dinosaurs”, which explores the colossal creatures that roamed the planet for over 140 million years. Students will be given the chance to explore “The World’s Largest Dinosaurs” exhibition, collaborate on projects throughout various locations in the Museum at Prairiefire, and have the chance to have their final project displayed in the Museum’s Great Hall. 

  • The DLR Group Dinovation Challenge is designed for young engineers in 3rd-6th grade.
  • 16 spots are available for this program.
  • $60 per student (Lunch Provided).
